Invitation letter to the
Visa application

All persons who want to have an Invitation letter for Visa need to first register for the Event (get a ticket via the ticket shop)

All participants who require an Invitation letter, must provide the organiser with the following information atleast:

Full name (as stated in the passport)

Date and place of birth

Nationality

Copy of the valid passport

In some case more information is needed
Ask group offers!
if you have 3 or more people coming from your organisation, you should definitely ask for a group offer! In other words, the larger the group, the lower the average price per participant will be.
Cancellation conditions and payment
Once a ticket has been purchased for an event, participation is binding and the ticket is non-refundable. Registration will be invoiced at the time of booking (credit card). If you are unable to attend the event, you can give your place to a colleague. Cancellation conditions also apply in case of illness.
Invoice to Company
We do not issue single ticket invoices but they must be ordered from the ticket office. If several people (3<) from your organisation attend and you would like them on the same invoice, please get in touch with us via the contact form. Please note: all participant fees must be paid before the event.
