Speaker Information and Presentation Details for the 33rd IPMA World Congress
We’re delighted to have you join us as a speaker at the 33rd IPMA World Congress in Cape Town. Below, you’ll find details about your presentation and important event reminders.

Event Reminders and Guidelines:

Venue Equipment: Presentation computers will be available in each event hall.

Personal Laptops: Presenters may use their own laptops. Please note that if you’re using a Mac, bring any required adapters with you.

Presentation Duration: 40 minutes, including time for a Q&A session.

Format: Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint format. We will convert it to PDF to share with participants in the event’s digital material bank.

Templates: You may use your own PowerPoint template. We kindly ask that your first slide includes the Congress name, theme, and dates.

Submission: Please submit your PowerPoint presentation by emailing it to hope.info@hope.capetown 3-4 days before the event, or bring it with you upon arrival.

Arrival: Speakers are asked to arrive at the venue one hour before their scheduled presentation

Dress Code: Smart casual attire is recommended.

Event Registration:
We do not issue separate printed tickets. Simply arrive at the event registration desk, provide your name, and you will receive all participant materials needed for the event.
Arrival at the Stadium:

By Car, Bolt, or on Foot: Please enter through the P1A entrance.

By Congress Bus from the City Centre: The buses will drop you directly at the P1A entrance, right at the main doors of the Congress.
As a thank you, all speakers receive an event ticket that includes access to evening programs.
